| 摘 要： | 心肌淀粉样变(CA)为异常折叠的不可溶性淀粉样纤维蛋白沉积于心肌细胞外间隙所致,预后极差.随着影像学技术的发展,近年,CA检出率逐渐提高.常规超声心动图及二维斑点追踪技术对于筛查CA并评估患者预后具有重要意义.本文就超声心动图相关研究进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | Cardiac amyloidosis (CA) is a disease caused by deposition of insoluble amyloid fibrils in the extracellular space of heart, with very poor prognosis. With the development of imaging techniques, the detection rate of CA had been improved in recent years. Routine echocardiography and two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging are of great significances for screening CA and prognosis evaluation.
