| 摘 要： | 目的分析腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠的疗效,探讨该手术的适应证和技术要点。方法收治输卵管异位妊娠19例,停经35~74d,平均48d。所有患者均在全身麻醉下行腹腔镜手术。结果所有手术均取得成功,术中无明显并发症,手术时间为62±17min;止痛剂(曲马多)100±12mg;术后3~8d出院,平均4d。随访2~7个月,无并发症发生。结论腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠安全、有效,但它需要一定的腹腔镜外科训练。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect and side effects of Shuxuetong injection in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods 101 ACI cases were divided randomly into treatment group(51 cases)and control group (50 cases), given treatment of Shuxuetong injection and dextran-40 respectively. Results The improved rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(60.8% vs 32.0%, P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (86.3% vs 62.0%,P<0.01), and treatment group had few side effects occurred. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection is a kind of effective and safe drug in ACI treatment. |
