局部浸润麻醉下Rutkon疝修补术评价

目的 探讨门诊局部麻醉下Rutkon术的可行性和安全性及医疗费用使用情况。方法 对2003年4月至2006年10月在门诊局部麻醉下完成82例Rutkon术，与同期住院治疗的157例相比较，分析病人在院时间、术后下床时间及住院费用情况的差异性。结果 门诊手术组术后下床时间、平均在院时间、医疗费用比同期住院手术者明显减少。结论 门诊局部麻醉下Rutkon术是安全可行，治疗费用显著降低。

The evaluation of Rutkon undergone local anesthesia.

Objective Discuss the feasibility, security and expense of medical treatment about Rutkon with local anesthesia. Method Comparing 82 patients undergone Rutkon with 116 patients in hospital from April 2003 to October 2006, Analyse the differences about the time of getting out of bed after surgery, time and the expense of being in hospital. Results The expense of medical treatment and the time of getting out of bed and being in hospital reduced notable in clinic operation group. Conclusions It is feasible and secure about Rutkon with local anesthesia in clinic and the expense of medical theatment reduced notable.
