甲状腺机能亢进症436例手术处理

目的 总结甲状腺机能亢进症(甲亢)的手术处理经验。方法 回顾性分析436例甲亢思的术前准备、手术特点和术后处治问题。结果 经甲状腺次全切除术的处理，98．8％(431／436)的甲亢患获得治愈，术后2年内复发5例；无甲亢危象；无甲状腺功能低下和死亡病例。甲状腺机能亢进性心脏病明显好转。喉返神经损伤大部分(7／8)在三个月内恢复，其他并发症经对症处理均缓解。结论 甲亢手术处理，只要术前准备充分；手术操作正规、细致、准确、熟练，手术副损伤的发生率很低；加上术后处治得当，就能顺利恢复。因此，该法是治愈甲亢的一种简单、方便、快捷、经济的方法。

Operation and treatment of the 436 cases in treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism

Objective To summarize operative experiences in treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods To analyze the preparation of pre-operation,characteristic of operation and post-operation treatment of the 436 cases of hyperthyroidism. Results After semi-resection of thyroid gland,98.8%(431/436) of the total patients were cured.Five of them relapsed in two years.Without hyperthyroidism crisis,hypothyroidism and death,Hyperthyroidism Cardiac disease got improved apparently.Most of the patients with damaged recurrent in three months.Other complications were relieved after the treatment. Conclusion The patients could recover quickly after proper treatment of post-operation.Therefore,this kind of operation is simple,convenient,rapid and economic way for treatment of hyperthyroidism.
