| 摘 要： | 制作 犬马尾神经分级压迫动物模型，分析ＭＲＩ与组织学改变间的关系，为临床治疗方法的选择、手术时机的掌握提供供客观依据。方法８只犬分为４组，每组２只，对照组仅行腰５－６椎板切除，其中３组行腰５－６椎板切除并且马尾神经分别被压迫２５％、５０％、７５％。

| Abstract: | Objective Tomakeananimalmodelofdelayedgradedcompressionofthedogcaudaequina soastoanalyzetherelationshipbetweenthechangesofMRIandhistopathology ,andtoprovideobjectivebasisfor thediagnosisandappropriatetreatment.Methods Therewerefourexperimentalgroups,eachcontainingtwo dogs.Thecontrolgrouphadalaminectomyonly.Intheotherthreegroupsalaminectomywasperformedandthe caudaequinawasconstrictedby 2 5 % ,5 0 % ,and 75 % ,respectively .MRIwasperformedpreoperativelyand post operatively .Afterthreemonthsofconstriction ,thecaudaequinaofthedogswasexaminedhistologically. Results ThedogsinthecontrolgroupshowednochangesinMRIandhistopathology .Thedogswiththecauda equinaconstrictedby 2 5 %hadslightchangesinMRI.Indogswiththecaudaequinaconstrictedby 5 0 % ,MRI appearedhighsignalintensityandthehistologicalanalysisofthecaudaequinarevealednervefiberdegeneration . Indogswiththecaudaequinaconstrictedby 75 % ,MRIsignalwassuspendedandthehistologyshowedlossof fibersandwalleriandegeneration .Conclusion MRIcanmaketheearlydiagnosisofchroniccompressionofthe dogcaudaequina Severecompressioncouldcauseirreversibledamagetothecaudaequinaneurologicallyand histologically |
