犬马尾神经分级压迫的MRI与组织学对比观察

摘    要:制作 犬马尾神经分级压迫动物模型,分析MRI与组织学改变间的关系,为临床治疗方法的选择、手术时机的掌握提供供客观依据。方法8只犬分为4组,每组2只,对照组仅行腰5-6椎板切除,其中3组行腰5-6椎板切除并且马尾神经分别被压迫25%、50%、75%。

Abstract:Objective Tomakeananimalmodelofdelayedgradedcompressionofthedogcaudaequina soastoanalyzetherelationshipbetweenthechangesofMRIandhistopathology ,andtoprovideobjectivebasisfor thediagnosisandappropriatetreatment.Methods Therewerefourexperimentalgroups,eachcontainingtwo dogs.Thecontrolgrouphadalaminectomyonly.Intheotherthreegroupsalaminectomywasperformedandthe caudaequinawasconstrictedby 2 5 % ,5 0 % ,and 75 % ,respectively .MRIwasperformedpreoperativelyand post operatively .Afterthreemonthsofconstriction ,thecaudaequinaofthedogswasexaminedhistologically. Results ThedogsinthecontrolgroupshowednochangesinMRIandhistopathology .Thedogswiththecauda equinaconstrictedby 2 5 %hadslightchangesinMRI.Indogswiththecaudaequinaconstrictedby 5 0 % ,MRI appearedhighsignalintensityandthehistologicalanalysisofthecaudaequinarevealednervefiberdegeneration . Indogswiththecaudaequinaconstrictedby 75 % ,MRIsignalwassuspendedandthehistologyshowedlossof fibersandwalleriandegeneration .Conclusion MRIcanmaketheearlydiagnosisofchroniccompressionofthe dogcaudaequina Severecompressioncouldcauseirreversibledamagetothecaudaequinaneurologicallyand histologically
