氧氟沙星泡腾片的制备及质量考察

摘    要:目的:研制氧氟沙星泡腾片并建立该制剂的质量控制标准。方法:用酸、碱分开制法制备氧氟沙星泡腾片,并对其性状、重量差异、崩解时限、酸度、鉴别、含量测定、稳定性等进行了检测。结果:本品处方;制备工艺简单、制备工艺简单、质量稳定。结论:本品可作为氧氟沙星制剂新品种的开发。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To prepare an effervescent tablets of ofloxacin and establish quality preparation. METHOD:Its character?weight deviation?disintegration time?pH?content stability were tested.RESULTS:The preparation method was simple.The preparation was stable.CONCLUSION:It is valuable to be further studied as a new preparation of ofloxacin.
