| 摘 要： | 目的分析、查找留置导尿中尿路感染发生的原因,探讨其有效的预防措施。方法对2000年3月~2002年2月在我科住院并行留置导尿的152例患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果经采取积极的综合预防措施,152例患者中有57例发生尿路感染,发生率37.5%,低于我科既往的发生率46.6%(P<0.05)。结论严格掌握留置导尿适应症,严格无菌操作,缩短留置导尿的时间,预防留置导尿感染是可能的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes of urinary tract infections occu rring in patients with indwelling urinary catheter, and to find the preven tive means against this condition. Method The clinical data of 152 such cases ad mitted between March, 2000 and February, 2002 in our department were reviewed. Result In this group of patients, 57 (37.5%) developed urinary infections due t o the indwelling catheter, a rate significantly lower than that among previous c ases (46.6%, P<0.05) treated in our department. Conclusion Careful evaluation o f the indications for indwelling urinary catheter, strict aseptic procedures an d shortened indwelling time of the catheter may help prevent the occurrence of t he infection. |
