| 摘 要： | 目的探讨排卵障碍妇女促排卵反应过度的一种处理方法。方法采用枸橼酸氯米芬(CC)加注射用尿促性素(HMG)促排卵,多个卵泡发育的26例27个周期作为观察组,选53个周期行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)作为对照组进行对比研究。结果观察组:21个周期中行体外受精-胚胎移植19例,妊娠9例,妊娠率47.37%,对照组(35.41%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),所用促性腺激素(Gn)显著少于对照组;观察组无中、重度卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)发生,无1例流产。结论对排卵障碍的不孕患者,采用CC HMG促排卵治疗,多个卵泡发育时改行IVF-ET治疗可获得较高的妊娠率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate therapeutic effect in infertile ovulatory women.(Methods) 26 infertile ovulatory patients(27 cycles undergoing intrauterine insemination(IUI) received clomiphere ciatrate(CC) HMG,project was changed to the IVF-ET because of high-response,53 cycles IVFET as controls.Results There were 9 pregnancies in 19 cases treated by IVF-ET.The pregnancy rate(PR) was 47.37%((9/19)).PR was increased significantly as compared to the traditional IVF-ET group(35.41%,P<0.05).No severe ovarine hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS) and no miscarriage occurrenced. Conclusion The treatment of CC HMG for the infertile ovaulatory women offers an efficient alternative. |
