超声筛查27648例胎儿畸形孕周分布情况分析

目的通过超声筛查分析胎儿畸形孕周分布特点，为提高出生缺陷监测的准确性提供依据。方法对27648例孕12～42周孕妇的超声筛查出生缺陷情况进行统计分析。结果产前检出各种畸形儿180例，总检出率为6．5％o，产后共发现出生缺陷儿188例。产前超声诊断与产后超声诊断完全符合176例，符合率为97．77％；部分符合4例，部分符合率为2．23％；漏诊8例，漏诊率为4．25％。孕周小于18周，18～28周及大于28周有缺陷的病例占超声筛查缺陷中的比例分别是32．8％、53_3％和13．9％。结论产前超声筛查使胎儿畸形的发现时间大大提前，对降低出生缺陷率，提高围产期质量起到不可估量的积极作用．是目前进行胎儿出生缺陷干预的有效手段。
