摘    要:本文对不同矿区的煤尘分别进行了SiO_2和金属元素的测定,并研究了它们对大鼠肺巨噬细胞存活率、吞噬率、坏变率和溶酶体膜的影响。综合分析结果表明,各煤尘对细胞有一定的毒性。煤尘细胞毒性大小与SiO_2的含量不完全一致。煤尘中金属元素对细胞毒性有一定影响,含镍元素高的细胞毒性大。含锌和钛元素高的细胞毒性小。

Abstract:Free silica and metal elements of coal dust in various coal mines were measured separately, and the effects of various coal dusts on surviving rate, phagocytic rate, necrotic cell rate and the lysosome membrane of rat's alveolar macrophage were studied. Results showed that various coal dusts had definite cytotoxicity of various coal dusts was not completely in keeping with the concerntration of free silica. The metal elements in various coal dusts had some effects on cytotoxicity. The cytotoxicity of coal dusts containing more nickle was greater, and while those containing more zinc and titanium was lower.
