Trop-2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨肿瘤相关钙信号转导蛋白2(Trop-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测70例NSCLC手术标本、13例癌旁组织及32例肺部良性病变组织中Trop-2的表达,分析其表达与非小细胞肺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 Trop-2在NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率明显高于正常肺组织及良性病变组织(40.0%vs.9.38%和8.33%)(P<0.01);Trop-2的阳性表达率随着TNM分期的升高而升高(P<0.05);Trop-2在有淋巴结转移者阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。Trop-2的阳性表达与患者年龄、性别、吸烟情况、病理类型、分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论 Trop-2在NSCLC中有较高的表达率。其表达与淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关。

Expression and significance of Trop-2 in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To explore the tumour-associated calcium signal transducer 2(Trop-2) expression and its clinical significance in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Trop-2 protein expressions were detected with streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemistry in 70 NSCLC tissues samples(group A),13 tumor-adjacent normal tissues(group B) and 32 benign inflammatory lesion tissues(group C).The relationship between Trop-2 expressions and clinicopathological features of NSCLC was analyzed.Results Trop-2 expression was significantly higher in group A than that in groups of B and C(40.0% vs.9.38% and 8.33%)(P<0.01).Trop-2 expression was higher in NSCLC higher TNM grade or with lymph node metastasis than that lower TNM grade or without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Trop-2 expression was not significantly associated with age,smoking,gender,pathological type and degree of differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusion Trop-2 is highly expressed in NSCLC,which is closely related to TNM stage and metastasis of NSCLC.
