摘    要:目的探讨CK19、MUC2在结直肠印戒细胞癌原发灶及淋巴结转移灶中的表达和意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测CK19和MUC2在7例结直肠印戒细胞癌原发灶和25枚转移淋巴结中的表达。结果 CK19、MUC2在结直肠印戒细胞癌原发灶及转移淋巴结中均呈阳性表达。阳性信号主要位于肿瘤细胞核周胞浆;淋巴结内固有细胞未见阳性表达。结论 CK19和MUC2的联合检测有助于结直肠印戒细胞癌的诊断。

Expressions of CK19 and MUC2 in primary colorectal signet-ring cell carcinoma and metastatic lymphnodes

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cytokeratin 19(CK19) and mucin 2(MUC2) in primary colorectal signet-ring cell carcinoma and metastatic lymph nodes. Methods The expressions of CK19 and MUC2 were determined by immunohistochemistry in 7 primary colorectal signet-ring cell carcinomas and 25 metastatic lymph nodes. Results The expressions CK19 and MUC2 were detected in all the investigated primary carcinomas and metastatic lymph nodes.The predominant positive expression patterns were perinuclear cytoplasmic staining,and no positive expression was detected in the natural cells of the lymph nodes. Conclusion Combined detection of CK19 and MUC2 is helpful to the diagnosis of colorectal signet-ring carcinoma.
