三枚可调整缝线在复合小梁切除术中的应用

目的观察三枚可调整缝线在原发性闭角型青光眼患者复合小梁切除术中的应用效果。方法 24例(38眼)原发性闭角型青光眼手术患者随机分为两组,分别采取三枚(A组,11例)或两枚(B组,13例)可调整缝线的复合小梁术,比较两组术后眼压、前房深度及滤泡等。结果 A、B组术后2周眼压[(11.9±2.2)mm Hg vs.(12.6±2.4)mm Hg]和术后2个月眼压[(13.3±2.4)mm Hg vs.(14.1±2.3)mm Hg]的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后2周内A组浅前房发生率5.6%,明显低于B组的10.0%(P<0.05)。术后2个月时,A组功能滤过泡(I型和Ⅱ型)形成有18眼(100%),明显多于B组的18眼(90%)(P<0.05)。结论与两枚可调整缝线法相比,三枚可调整缝线法术后早期浅前房更少,功能滤过泡形成更好。

Application of three releasable sutures in combined trabeculectomy

Objective To evaluate the outcomes of applying three releasable sutures in combined trabeculectomy surgeries for primary angle closure glaucoma patients. Methods Thirty-eight eyes of 24 primary angle closure glaucoma patients were randomly divided into two groups.Combined trabeculectomy surgeries were taken and 3 pieces of releasable sutures were selected in group A,while 2 pieces selected in group B.Postoperative intraocular pressure(IOP),anterior chamber depth and filtering bleb were observed and analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in IOP between group A and B either 2 weeks [(11.9 ±2.2) mm Hg vs.(12.6±2.4) mm Hg] or 2 months [(13.3±2.4) mm Hg vs.(14.1±2.3) mm Hg] after operation(P>0.05). Within 2 weeks after operation,shallow anterior chamber occurred in 5.6% eyes of group A, which was significantly lower than that of group B(10.0%)(P<0.05).There were 18 eyes (100%) with functional filtering bleb in group A 2 months after surgery,which were significantly higher than 18 eyes(90%) of group B. Conclusion Compared with 2 pieces of released sutures,the 3 pieces of releasable sutures lead to less shallow anterior chambers and more functional filtering bleb.
