| 摘 要： | 目的：逐步提高乡（镇）卫生院护理技术人员综合服务能力和水平,提高护理质量,保证病人安全。方法：对乡（镇）卫生院护理现状进行调查,分析影响其现状的主、客观因素,提出相应对策。结果：乡（镇）卫生院的护理管理应以护理安全为中心,以护理质量为核心,以护理队伍建设为重心,需从法制化、人性化、制度化方面努力。结论：乡（镇）卫生院护理质量低下,护理发展严重滞后,应对乡（镇）卫生院的护理工作予以足够重视。
