消化道肿瘤患者血清瘦素的测定及意义

目的　探讨消化道肿瘤病人血清瘦素在恶液质形成中的可能作用及机制。方法　选择 35例经病理证实的消化道肿瘤病人 ,33名年龄、体重与肿瘤组近似的正常人作为对照组。测定血清瘦素、胰岛素 ,以及所有对象的身高、体重、体重指数、脂肪百分比、食欲 (应用 0 - 10数字阶段估计 ) ,并进行统计学分析。结果　肿瘤病人的血清瘦素水平下降 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;其血清瘦素水平与体重指数(BMI)、脂肪百分比以及胰岛素之间均存在显著正相关 ;肿瘤病人食欲与瘦素、胰岛素之间无相关关系。结论　肿瘤病人的血清瘦素水平下降 ,其血清低瘦素水平不能刺激食欲增加、体重恢复 ,提示在肿瘤病人的瘦素反馈调节系统中存在着功能缺陷

Measurement of serum leptin in patients·with tumor of peptic system

Objective To investigate leptin's mechanism and function in the course of cancer cachexia for matinon in patients suffering from the tumor of peptic system.Methods We measured the levels of serum leptin in 35 patients and 33 cases of normal people who were selected as control group,and analyzed the relationship between the leptin and BMI(body mass index),%fat(ratio of fatmass),appetite.Results The level of serum leptin in the tumor patients was lower than that of the normal people (P<0 01),and the leptin levels were significantly correlated with BMI,%fat and insulin in the tumor patients.Conclusion The lower leptin level in the tumor patients can't stimulate their appetite and weightincreasing,suggesting that there is a disturbane in the feedback mechanism of leptin.
