| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心理疗法在中学生网络成瘾症(intemet addiction disorder,IAD)治疗中的作用。方法：采用行为疗法、认知疗法为主的心理治疗对23例中学生IAD患者进行系统治疗，采用网络成瘾量表、SCL-90量表、SDS抑郁量表进行治疗前后评价。结果：治疗后，网络成瘾量表、SCL-90量表、SDS量表总分及大部分因子得分较治疗前均有不同程度的下降。结论：认知疗法、行为疗法为主的心理疗法对中学生网络成瘾症的治疗有显著疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of psychotherapy in treating middle school students with IAD (internet addiction disorder). Methods: 23 cases of middle school students with IAD had been treated by cognitive therapy or behavior therapy. The IAD scale, SCL-90 scale and SDS scale were used to evaluate the effect before and after therapy. Results: After therapy, the total scores and most dimensions scores in IAD scale, SCL-90 scale and SDS scale decreased significantly than that before therapy. Conclusions: Psychotherapy especially cognitive therapy and behavior therapy is an effective in treating middle school students with IAD. |
