安心颗粒防治家兔动脉粥样硬化的病理形态学观察

目的:观察安心颗粒对家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化(AS)形成的影响. 方法:将32只健康雄性新西兰白兔随机分为4组:正常对照组(A)、模型组(B)、脂必妥片组(C)和安心颗粒组(D),分别给予普通饲料、高脂饲料、高脂饲料加脂必妥片、高脂饲料加安心颗粒喂饲. 10 wk后处死所有动物,在肉眼及光学显微镜下观察其主动脉斑块病变程度、主动脉壁粥样硬化的病理形态学改变. 结果:C,D组实验动物的主AS病变程度和主动脉壁各层结构的粥样硬化病变均轻于B组,其中D组病变程度最轻,约有1/4动物主动脉无病变. 结论:安心颗粒有防治高脂饲料所致AS形成的作用.

Pathological observation of atherosclerosis treated and prevented with Anxing Granule

AIM: To observe the influence of atherosclerotic pathological changes in atherosclerotic rabbits with Anxing Granule. METHODS: Thirty-two male rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=8): Control group (A), Model group (B), Zibituo tablet group (C) and Anxing granule group (D) and fed respectively with common feed, high fat diet, high fat diet with Zibituo tablet and high fat diet with Anxing granule for 10 weeks. All the rabbits were then killed and their aortas were observed by naked eyes and light microscope. RESULTS: By naked eyes, the pathological changes of D group were less serious than those of B group and C group. By light microscope, the pathological changes of B group were the most serious in the 4 groups. The pathological changes of D group were the lightest in the 4 groups and 1/4 animals of D group had no any pathological changes. CONCLUSION: Anxing Granule has some therapeutic and preventive effects on atherogenesis in rabbits with hyperlipoidemia.
