| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨前牙骨埋伏阻生的原因和治疗方法。方法 分析39颗骨埋伏阻生前牙的形成原因,并采用固定矫治器结合外科开窗凿骨导萌术进行治疗。结果 含牙囊肿是前牙骨埋伏阻生的一个重要因素.仅次于乳牙滞留、早失和间隙不足。39颗骨埋伏前牙中．36颗全部牵引入牙列．牙髓活力正常．牙周情况良好。结论 正确选用手术方式和埋伏牙牵引装置．避免炎症和过大的牵引力．减少手术创伤，尤其不能伤及釉牙骨质界等是治疗成功和减少并发症的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cause and clinical treatment of anterior embedded teeth.Methods The causes of 39 anterior embedded teeth were analyzed and those teeth were treated by opening windows and guiding-eruption operation with fixed appliance.Results Dentigerous cyst is one of the main causes of embedded teeth,only second to retained deciduous teeth,dental crowding.Of 39 anterior embedded teeth,36 were guided into dental arch with normal dental pulp activity and periodontal condition.Conclusion Proper surgical procedure,suitable traction appliance and force,avoidance of inflammation and surgical trauma are the most important elements for success of the treatment. |
