枸杞提取液抗衰老作用的实验研究

摘    要:采用体外试验、动物实验和人体试验的方法,研究了枸杞提取液的抗衰老作用。结果发现:枸杞提取液在试管内有明显抑制小鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质(LPO)的生成作用,并呈剂量反应关系;小鼠体内试验证实可明显抑制肝LPO生成,并使血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和红细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力增高;人体试验显示可明显抑制血清LPO生成,使血中GSH-Px活力增高,但红细胞SOD活力未见升高。提示枸杞提取液具有抗衰老作用。

Abstract:The antiaging effect of abstracted juice of lycium chinense in vitro and in vivo were studied. The result showed that the LPO product in homogeneous liver of mouse was inhi- bited by the juice in vitro with dose-response effect; The LPO product in liver of mouse de- creased significantly and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in plasma of mouse increased sig- nificantly; The LPO product in plasma of old people decreased obviously and the activity of GSH-Px in plasma increased, but the activity of SOD decreased in old people. These results implied that the abstracted juice of lycium chinense has the obvious antiaging effect.
