益心康泰胶囊治疗少弱精子症的疗效观察

目的：观察益心康泰胶囊治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法：我院外科门诊中少弱精子症不育患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组服用益心康泰胶囊2粒/次,3次/d;VitE 50mg/次,3次/d;葡萄糖酸锌1粒/次,3次/d。对照组仅服用VitE和葡萄糖酸锌,用法和用量同治疗组。两组或者均连续服药3个月,分别于治疗前后进行精液常规检查,比较治疗前后精子密度、a级（快速前向运动）精子活动率、总活动率。结果：治疗组和对照组治疗前后精子密度、a级精子活动率、总活动率均有显著增加,有统计学差异（P〈0.01）,但治疗组各项指标增加的幅度明显高于对照组。结论：益心康泰胶囊治疗少弱精子症疗效显著,并且安全,无不良反应。

Clinical Efficacy of Yixinkangtai Capsule in Patients with Oligospermia and Asthenospermia

Objective： To observe with oligospermia and asthenospermia. the clinical efficacy and safety of Yixinkangtai capsule in patients Method： 120 patients with oligoasthenospermia were received at our clinic. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group received Yixinkangtai 6 caps daily, VitE 150mg daily, zinc gluconate 3 tablets daily for 3 months, and the other patients in control group received VitE and zinc gluconate for 3 months. The sperm parameters of all patients were analyzed by computer-assisted sperm analysis system before and after treatment. Result： Patients in two groups were significantly improved in sperm concentration, forward sperm mortility, total sperm mortility （ P 〈 0.01 ）. But the patients in treatment group have a significandy higher in all sperm parameters than that in control group. No side effects were observed in both group. Conclusion： Yixinkangtai Capsule can be an effective and safe option for treating oligoasthenospermia by means of significantly improving sperm concentration, forward sperm mortality, total sperm mortality.
