护理干预对脊柱侧弯手术患儿家属焦虑情绪影响的研究

目的探讨脊柱侧弯手术患儿家属焦虑情绪的程度与原因,通过护理干预改善、降低患儿家属的焦虑。方法采用Zung自评焦虑量表和自行设计的问卷,对64例脊柱侧弯手术患儿家属进行调查,并随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用综合护理干预措施,进行支持性心理护理,对照组不予干预。结果调查显示患儿家属因不同原因,呈不同程度的焦虑状态,干预后2组焦虑程度比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论加强与患儿家属的沟通,给予支持性护理干预,提供缓解压力的方法,可以有效降低患儿家属的焦虑程度,可强化和完善患儿的家庭支持系统,确保患儿在最佳状态下进行手术。

A research about the influence of nursing intervention on the dysphoric mood of family members of children who have undergone the scoliosis orthomorphia

Objective To explore the reason and the degree of dysphoric mood of family members of children with scoliosis, and then make out some countermeasures to ameliorate these dysphoric mood. Methods Divided 64 family members of children with scoliosis into the observation group and the control group randomly. Using nursing intervention in the observation group and none in the control group. Evaluated the mood of 2 groups by the end of research by using the Zung Self-judged scale and the questionnaire. Results Different causes have induced different degree of dysphoric mood of family members of children with scoliosis. After using the nursing intervention, there were significant difference between the 2 groups in dysphoric mood, P<0.01. Conclusion Strengthen the intercommunication between family members and nurses, provide the nursing intervention measures and the ways of ameliorate the dysphoric mood, which can effective low down ease the degree of dysphoric mood in family members, and then guarantee the children could accept the operation successfully.
