探讨VEGF-C蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的：研究VEGF—C蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义，并探讨其表达的相关性。方法：应用S—P免疫组化方法，检测75例非小细胞肺癌组织和25例正常肺组织中VEGF—C蛋白表达水平。结果：VEGF—C蛋白在肺癌组织中阳性表达46例，阳性率为61．33％；正常组织中阳性表达7例，阳性率为28％；两者比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。VEGF—C表达与肿瘤的组织分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移和患者的生存期有明显相关性（P〈0．05）。结论：VEGF—C在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中均异常表达，与NSCLC的发生发展密切相关，可作为NSCLC诊断的标志物。联合检测VEGF—C表达对于临床选择高危复发病例，给予积极治疗，提高预后水平具有重要意义，并可作为建立NSCLC预后模型的重要指标。

THE EXPRESSION AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF VEGF-C IN NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

Objective： To study the expression, correlation and clinical significance of VEGF - C in non - small lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods：Immunohistochemical method was employed to examine 75 samples of NSCLC and 25 samples of normal lung tissue adjacent to the cancer focus. Results ：The expression of VEGF - C protein in NSCLC was 61.33%, it was much higher than in normal lung tissue, which was 28% （P 〈0.05）. There was correlation between VEGF - C protein expression and TNM staging, five - year- survive differentiation, and lymphatic metastasis ; and no correlation between expression of VEGF- C protein age and sex. Conclusion： The expression of VEGF - C protein in normal lung tissue was low, but high in NSCLC, especially in adenocarcinoma. If it could be a lung cancer diagnosis and differentiation landmark. There was close correlation between VEGF - C expression and staging of NSCLC, it suggests that VEGF - C might relate to the advance and potential malignancy of NSCLC.
