| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对截瘫患者负性情绪、生活质量的影响。方法对46例截瘫患者实施综合干预,并于干预前后采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、生活质量指数评定量表进行评估。结果综合护理干预后,截瘫病人的焦虑、抑郁状态显著改善;生活质量各指标评分均明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预措施可明显改善截瘫病人的负性情绪,全面提高患者的生活质量。
