| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声对外周神经鞘瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析16例经手术和病理证实的外周神经鞘瘤的高频超声声像图表现。结果良性神经鞘瘤11例,以低回声为主,单发,边界清,有包膜,可移动,血流丰富;恶性神经鞘瘤5例,可单发或多发,也以低回声为主,但回声不均,边界不清晰且与周围组织粘连,质地较硬,血流较丰富。结论高频超声可直接显示外周神经鞘瘤的内部结构、大小、形态、回声及血供情况,为临床诊断及鉴别诊断提供了重要依据。
