摘    要:目的 探讨颈部按摩操应用于中青年椎动脉型颈椎病患者的康复效果.方法 选取2011年10月-2012年9月收治于上海中医药大学附属市中医医院非手术治疗的椎动脉型颈椎病患者77例,随机分为实验组40例和对照组37例.对照组采取保守治疗和常规健康教育,实验组在对照组基础上应用颈部按摩操.两组患者出院时进行康复疗效比较,跟踪随访至出院后半年.结果 两组患者疼痛评分和椎动脉供血比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 颈部按摩操在促进中青年椎动脉型颈椎病患者功能康复中效果显著,可作为颈椎病的系统保健练功操.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the rehabilitation efficacy of neck massage exercises in young and middleaged patients with vertebral-artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods From October 2011 to September 2012,a total of 77 patients with vertebral-artery type cervical spondylosis who did not receive surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group (n =37) and experimental group (n =40).The control group received conservative treatment and conventional health education.The experimental group received additional neck massage exercises.The rehabilitation efficacy at hospital discharge was compared between the two groups.The follow-up lasted six months.Results There were significant differences in pain scores and vertebral artery blood supply between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Neck massage exercises can promote functional rehabilitation of vertebral-artery type cervical spondylosis in young and middle-aged patients.It can be developed to health exercises.
