| 摘 要： | 住院医师规范化培训中新增的急诊医学、危重病医学内容相关教学经验可参照的模式不多。本文从学科特点出发。结合实际情况，就住院医师急危重症基础理论学习、工作理念培养、技术水平和应变能力提高等方面的培训方法进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Emergency medicine and critical care medicine are the new contents in standardized training of residency. The system of standardized training residency lacks for a traditional way to refer. According to the characteristic of the subjects and the practical situation, this paper discusses the methods of training in studying basic theory , idea education, improving technology and strain capability on improving the capability of standardized training residency in internal intensive medicine . |
