新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病与BAEP

摘    要:目的:了解新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)急性期BAEP的变化及其意义。方法:对22例HIE患儿进行BAEP及头颅CT检查,并和20例正常对照组进行比较分析。结果:患儿组BAEP异常率77.3%,CT异常率81.8%,二者无显著差异(P>0.05),并且,BAEP异常以中枢型为主。结论:BAEP为HlE急性期观察脑功能变化的敏感指标。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the change and meaning of BAEP in the acute period of neonate HIE. Methods: 16 neonates with HIE were examined with BAEP and skull CT. These patients were contrased to 20 normal neonates in control group. Results: The rate of abnormality of BAEP is 77. 3%, while the rate of CT is 81. 8%. There isn't predominant statistically differences between the 2 group (P>0. 05). Central style is main in abnormal BAEP. Conclusions: BAEP is sensitive observative index of brain's functions in the acute period of neonate HIE.
