铁皮枫斗晶对呼吸道功能的影响

目的观察铁皮枫斗晶对动物呼吸道排泌及咳嗽的影响.方法小鼠气管酚红排泌法、家鸽气管纤毛运动法、小鼠氨水引咳法.结果铁皮枫斗晶能明显促进小鼠气管酚红排泌和家鸽气管内墨汁运动速度,能抑制氨水引起的小鼠咳嗽.结论铁皮枫斗晶具有祛痰和镇咳作用.

The effect of Capsule Dendrobii on the function of respiratory tract

To observe the effect of Capsule Dendrobii on the excretion of mice's respiratory tract and cough reflex. Methods: expectorant test 1. the phenolphthalein excretion method of mice's trachea. Observe the effect of the excretion of phenolphthalein in mice after taking different doses (9?6 and 3g/kg) of Capsule Dendrobii. 2. the cilia morement of pigeon's trachea observe the distance of movement of prepared Chinese ink in the trachea after taking different doses (6?4.5 and 3g/kg) of Capsule Dendrobii. Antitussive test: Cough in mice induced by Aqua Ammoniae. Observe the inhibitory effect of cough reflex in mice after taking Capsule Dendrobii. Results: Capsule Dendrobii can obvionsly promote the excretion of phenolphthalein in mice trachea. The movement of prepared Chinese ink in pigeon trachea in iscreased and the cough reflex caused by Aqua Ammoniae in mice can be inhibited after taking Capsule Dendrobii. Conclusion: Capsule Dendrobii have expectorant and antitussive actions.
