气功外气对人鼻咽癌细胞株裸鼠成瘤的双盲试验

本项研究应用细胞培养技术,以裸鼠为实验动物,按双盲法进行了两次实验:由气功师发放外气作用于人鼻咽低分化鳞癌细胞株(CNE-2),然后将受功组和非受功组(对照组)细胞分别接种于16只雌性裸鼠(NC-Z裸小鼠),结果显示受功组成瘤受到明显抑制,两次实验抑制率为100％(3/3)、100％(4/4),两次实验组织检查证实受功组裸鼠接种癌细胞部位的组织均未见癌,肝、肺组织也未见癌细胞,非受功组裸鼠瘤组织均为低分化鳞癌,除第1次实验的2号鼠见肺转移癌外,其余各裸鼠肝、肺均未见癌细胞。本项研究提示有进一步研究气功外气抑瘤及其机理的必要性和可能性。

THE DOUBLE BLIND TEST OF QI GONG WAI QI ON THE TUMOR FORMATION OF A NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA CELL LINE IN NUDE MICE

Follwing the double blind method, we carried out two experiments, using cell culture and nude mice. In the first experiment, a Qi Gong master treated the poorly differentiated nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcimoma cell line (CNE-2) with Qi Gong Wai Qi, followed by the inoculation of the treated cell (Qi Gong group) and the untreated cells (control group) into 16 female nude mice (NC-Z strain mice). The results showed that the tumor formation of the treated cells was inhibited by an impressive rate of 100%(3/ 3). The same procedures were followed in the second experiment. The results demonstrated that the inhibiting rate of Qi Gong was still 100% (4/4). A pathological examination further confirmed that there were no tumor cells in the inoculating site of the Qi Gong group whereas poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinomas were observed in tumor of the control group. No tumors were foumd in the livers and lungs of the mice in the Qi Gong group. But in the control group of the first experiment, tumors metastasized to the lung in mouse 2. No tumors were found in the liver of mice in the first experiment or in the livers and lungs of the other mice. Although the mechanism of the effect of Qi Gong War Qi still remains unknown, the results of the present research reveal the necessity as well as the possibility of further investigating the inhibition of tumors by Qi Gong and its mechanism.
