腰椎侧隐窝狭窄症30例CT诊断及非手术治疗

本文对140例腰椎间盘突出症的CT片进回顾性分析,结果认为CT显示具有侧隐窝狭窄30例。侧隐窝狭窄症临床诊断困难,只能通过CT检查和脊髓及神经根袖造影来确立诊断。腰椎间盘突出症疗效与有无侧隐窝狭窄的存在有关;非手术疗法对侧隐窝狭窄症有明显的缓解作用。提示手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症时一定要常规清理侧隐窝,以避免术后并发症的发生,从而提高手术效果。

30 Cases of Lumbinterverbral side Hidden Pit Stricture Diagnosed by CT andTreated with Non-operative Therapy

Analysis of 140 Cases of lumbointerverbral disk protrusion diagnosed by CT and treated withnon-operative therapy, out of which 30 cases of hidden pit has been analysed.It shows that it can not bediagnosed c'inically and only can be diagnosed by CT examination and tadiography of spinal cord and nervous roots. whether the effect of nhe treatment of lumbo-interverbral disk protrusion are good or not, it depends upon whe ther there is a side hidden pit stricture or not. Non-operative therapy to side hidden pit stricture has a significant contractive action. In order to rise the operative effect when a patient with Iumbointerverbral disk protrusion is treated by operation,his sice hidden pit must be cleaned following old routine in order to avoid complications after operation.
