| 摘 要： | 目的：采用HPLC法分析测定广西不同产地及不同品种芒果叶中没食子酸的含量，建立芒果叶中没食子酸含量的测定方法。方法：色谱柱采用Agilent Eclipse XDB—C18柱（4.6mm×150mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-0．1％磷酸（含0．1％三乙胺）（5：95），流速：1．0mL／min，检测波长：270nm。结果：没食子酸在（0.00512～0．06144）μg/μL范围内进样量与峰面积成良好的线性关系（r=0．9997），平均回收率为98．3％，RSD=1．7％（n=6）。不同产地及不同品种芒果叶中没食子酸的含量存在差异。结论：所建立的方法灵敏度高，准确，快速，专属性强，重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for determining the contents of gallic acid in mango leaves from different producing areas and breeds by HPLC.Method：HPLC was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） column with methanol-0.1% H3PO4 （0.1%triethylamine） （5 ： 95 ） as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results：The liner range of gallic acid was 0.005 12 μ g/μL - 0.061 44 μg/μL （r=0.999 7）,the average recovery rate was 98.3% and RSD was 1.7% （n=6）.The contents of gallic acid in mango leaves from different producing areas and breeds were different.Conclusion：The method is sensitive ,accurate ,quick,characteristic and reproducible. |
