摘    要:目的:采用HPLC法分析测定广西不同产地及不同品种芒果叶中没食子酸的含量,建立芒果叶中没食子酸含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱采用Agilent Eclipse XDB—C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(含0.1%三乙胺)(5:95),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:270nm。结果:没食子酸在(0.00512~0.06144)μg/μL范围内进样量与峰面积成良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.3%,RSD=1.7%(n=6)。不同产地及不同品种芒果叶中没食子酸的含量存在差异。结论:所建立的方法灵敏度高,准确,快速,专属性强,重现性好。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determining the contents of gallic acid in mango leaves from different producing areas and breeds by HPLC.Method:HPLC was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) column with methanol-0.1% H3PO4 (0.1%triethylamine) (5 : 95 ) as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results:The liner range of gallic acid was 0.005 12 μ g/μL - 0.061 44 μg/μL (r=0.999 7),the average recovery rate was 98.3% and RSD was 1.7% (n=6).The contents of gallic acid in mango leaves from different producing areas and breeds were different.Conclusion:The method is sensitive ,accurate ,quick,characteristic and reproducible.
