| 摘 要： | 目的研究亮菌多糖对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法用S180瘤细胞建立动物模型,通过腹腔注射观察亮菌多糖对荷瘤小鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应、NK细胞活性及IL-2诱生的影响。结果亮菌多糖能够显著提高荷瘤小鼠淋巴细胞的增殖能力、NK细胞活性、显著促进脾细胞产生IL-2。结论亮菌多糖能够显著提高机体免疫调节功能。

| Abstract: | objective To investigate the immunomodulatory effect of Armillariella tabescens polysaccharide in S180 tumor bearing mice.Methods The animal model of mice bearing rumors was constructed.The lymphocyte proliferation,natural killer cell activity,and IL-2 production in the mice were measured after intraperitoneal injection of Armillariella tabescens polysaccharide.Results Armillariella tabescens polysaccharide markedly improved lymphocyte proliferation,natural killer cell activity,and IL-2 production in S180 tumor bearing mice.Conclusion Armillariella tabescens polysaccharide can improve the immunological function of S180 tumor bearing mice. |
