| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨 QT离散度 (QTd)与恶性室性心律失常的关系。方法 :测量 89例患者同步 12导联心电图。结果 :在恶性室性心律失常组 (42例 ) QTd为 (92± 31) ms,非恶性室性心律失常组 (47例 )为 (6 2± 19) ms,两组比较差异有极显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ,随 QTd增大 ,恶性室性心律失常发生显著增加 (高 )。结论 :QTd是恶性室性心律失常监测的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Purpose To discuss the correlation between QT diffusion (QTd) and malignancy arrhythmia. Methods 89 cases ECG were took in this article. Results QTd is (92±31)ms in the group of malignancy arrhythmia, is (62±19)ms in the group of other arrhythmia, and there was a significance difference between two groups (P<0.01 ). Conclusion QTd is a important index for malignancy arrhythmia. |
