急性非结石性胆囊炎临床特点及治疗方法探讨

目的探讨急性非结石性胆囊炎的病因、临床特点及诊治经验。方法对我院2000年～2007年间收治的25例急性非结石性胆囊炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果24例行手术治疗，其中胆囊切除18例，胆囊造瘘3例，胆囊大部分切除2例，胆囊切除＋胆总管探查T管引流术1例。治愈23例，死亡1例，放弃治疗1例（其家属放弃治疗，追踪结果，病人回家后24小时内死亡）。结论急性非结石性胆囊炎起病急、进展快，病因复杂。提高对该病的认识有重要的临床意义，早期诊断和及时治疗是提高其治愈率和降低病死率的关键。

Discussion on Clinical Features and Treatment of Acute Non-calculous Cholecystitis

Objective To discuss the etiopathogenisis,the clinical features and the treatment of acute non-calculous cholecystitis.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 24 cases with acute non-calculous cholecystitis hospitalized from 2000 to 2007.Results Operations were performed on the 24 cases,out of the 24,cholecystectomy in 18 cases,cholecysis stoma in 3 cases,subtotal cholecystectomy in 2 cases and cholecystectomy plus exploration of common bile duct with T tube drainage in 1 case;23 cases recovered and 1 case died.Conclusion Acute non-calculous cholecystitis is of such clinical features as acute occurrence,fast progress and complicated causes;it is of important clinical significance to have better knowledge of acute non-calculous cholecystitis,and early diagnosis and immediate treatment can raise the cure rate and decrease the case fatality rate.
