肿瘤抑制基因PTEN蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

采用免疫组化法检测 138例乳腺癌患者的 PTEN蛋白、ER和 PR的阳性表达。结果示 PTEN阳性率(4 7.83% )与 ER阳性率 (39.86 % )和 PR阳性率 (4 2 .0 3% )接近。PTEN阳性病例中淋巴结转移率 (2 7.6 9% )远低于 PTEN阴性者 (6 1.6 4% ) ,两者差异显著 (P〈0 .0 5 )。认为 PTEN、ER和 PR表达具有较强的一致性 ,推测 PTEN基因的突变和缺失可能与乳腺癌的发生、发展有关 ;PTEN与 ER的表达与淋巴结转移有明显相关性 ,可作为判断乳腺癌预后的指标。

Expression of PTEN protein in breast carcinma

To investigate the expression and correlation of PTEN protein,estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR)in breast cancer,138 cases of breast carcinoma were analyzed by an immunohistoch emical technique.The resuits showed the positive rates of PTEN,ER and PR were 47.83%,39.86% and 42.03% respctively.The rate of lymph nodes metastasis was lower in PTEN positive casses(27.69%)than that in PTEN negative ones(61.64%)(P<0.01);the metastastic rate of lymph nodes was lower in the ER positive cases (30.91%) than that in the ER negative ones(55.42%)(P<0.05).This suggests PTEN and ER are good markers to evaluate the patients' prognosis.
