白内障超声乳化术后滴用糖皮质激素对眼压的影响

目的 观察超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入术后患者滴用糖皮质激素对眼压的影响。方法 将101例（101只眼）接受超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入手术的老年性白内障患者分为3组，分别滴用碘必殊、百力特或迪非滴眼液1个月，观察视力、眼内反应、眼压和前房角变化。结果 3组患者术后1个月视力恢复满意，眼内反应轻，眼压无增高，3组比较差异均无显著性（均P〉0．05）。3组手术后眼压均低于术前，差异有显著性（分别F=3．401，3．721和2．826，均P〈0．05），3组内随滴用眼药水时间延长。眼压呈下降趋势。但差异无显著性（分别F=0．133。1．386和0．582。均P〉0．05）。前房角手术前后无明显变化。结论 老年性白内障患者行超声乳化手术后1个月内，滴用糖皮质激素是有效和安全的。与滴用非甾体类抗炎药效果一样。

Efficts of using glucocorticoid after phacoemulsification on intraocular pressure

Objective To evaluate the effects of using glucocorticoid after phacoemulsification and intraocular lenses(IOL)implantation on intraocular pressure (IOP). Methods 101 senior cataract patients who underwent cataract surgery with phacoemulsification and IOL implantation were divided into three groups,one treated by Tobradex,one by Pred Forte and the third by Diclofenac sodium for 1 month.Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA),postoperative intraocular reaction and IOP of pre- and post-operation were analyzed. Results Postoperation, all the patients had a good BCVA and a lower intraocular reaction, and there was no obviously difference among 3 groups(P>0.05).There was also no obviously difference in the mean IOP among 3 groups at 1 week, 2, 3, 4 weeks postoperatively(P>0.05).But the mean IOP of 3 groups from 1 week to 1 month postoperation were distinctly lower than that of preoperation(P<0.05),and with the passage of time the mean IOP became lower.Conclusion Within one month, dripping glucocorticoid is effective and safe for patients with phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. Nonsteroid anti-inflammatory agent has the same results as glucocorticoid.
