鞘内注射加针刀治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效观察

目的探讨注射加针刀治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效。方法对100例确诊为指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为注射组38例、针刀组32例和组合组30例,分别进行单用注射、单用针刀和两者组合治疗。结果随访2周~6个月,组合组近期治愈率为96.67%,优于注射组的76.32%,针刀组的65.63%(χ2=9.26,P<0.01)差异有显著意义。治愈病例中组合组复发率低于注射组、针刀组(χ2=12.66,P<0.005)差异有显著意义。结论注射加针刀治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效可靠,安全简便,值得推广。

Observation on Therapeutic Effectiveness of Intrathecal Injection plus Needle and Scalpel on Strictured Tenosynovitis of Finger Flexor Tendon

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effectiveness of intrathecal injection plus needle and scalpel on strictured tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendon.Methods A total of 100 patients with strictured tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendon were randomized into intrathecal injection group (n=38),needle and scalpel group(n=32),and comprehensive group(n=30) which were treated with the combination of intrathecal injection,needle and scalpel.Results The healing rate of the comprehensive group was 96.67%, significantly higher than that of the injection group(76.32%) or that of the needle and scalpel group(65.63%) according to the follow-up of from two weeks to six months(χ2=9.26,P<0.01).Among those who were healed up,the relapse rate was significantly lower in the comprehensive group than in the injection group or in the needle and scalpel group(χ2=12.66,P<0.005).Conclusion With reliability,safety and convenience,intrathecal injection plus needle and scalpel is worth spreading for the treatment of strictured tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendon.
