| 摘 要： | 对19例川崎病患儿的主要症状出现与消失时间、诊断依据、合并症的发生率以及治疗方法、愈后,进行了系统观察与分析。本组发病主要为婴幼儿,占84.2％,心血管系统受累者占42.1％。但愈后较好,呈自限性。

| Abstract: | 19 cases of MLNS since October, 1984 to December, 1991 in our hospital were observed. Time of the appearance and disappearance of main symptoms, diagnosis, complications, treatment and prognosis were studied. 16 cases (84. 2%) of them were infants. The cardiovascular system were involved in 8 cases (42. 1%). The prognosis was generally excellent and often self-limited. |
