钙化生物瓣组织钙磷含量关系及钙化原因初探

摘    要:钙化是造成生物瓣远期衰败和限制其临床应用范围的主要原因之一。对生物瓣钙化机制以及防止或延缓生物瓣钙化的研究,一直是瓣膜外科的热门课题。本文通过建立生物瓣钙化动物模型及钙化生物瓣组织钙磷含量关系的分析和组织学检查,发现在无交变应力及血液接触的情况下,仍可发生钙化。钙化组织中钙磷的增长速度基本相同,钙磷含量之间呈明显正相关,钙化处组织疏化,胶原断裂、肿胀、排列紊乱。这些结果说明,机械应力和血流接触并非

Abstract:Calcification is a main cause of heart valve bioprosthesis degeneration and limitation of its clinic usage. The study on mechanism and prevention of calcification is the focus of cardinc valvular surgery. Measurements of calcium and phosphorus of calcific tissue implanted in rats abdominal wall subcutaneouslly in this study reveal that calcification can occur without stress and blood contact .The calcium and phosphorus contents in calcific tissue is positive correlation. relaxed . broken,swollen,disarranged arrange can be seen at calcific site by histlologic examination. The results suggest that calcificatiotl can be formed without stress and blood contact, plasma infiltration may be one of the cause of calcification, The preventive strategy of cardiac valve bioprosthesis calcification may be set up not only on calcium .but also on phosphorus.
