中老年昏迷患者快速指血糖检测的临床意义

目的 比较在抢救中老年患者昏迷时快速指血糖检测与常规法检测血糖结果的准确性及意义.方法 回顾在院前急救或急诊时昏迷入院的50岁以上患者182例.每位患者均做快速检测指血糖和抽静脉血送检验科行常规法血糖检测(血清葡萄糖氧化酶测定法).并根据快速指血糖的结果对提示为低血糖(低于2.8mmol/L)者或血糖高于25mmol/L或提示Hi (高于33mmol/L)者立即按糖尿病昏迷处理.对两种方法测得的血糖值进行比较分析.结果 两种方法测得血糖结果差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),49例血糖严重异常者经紧急处理取得良好效果.结论 中老年昏迷患者立即检测快速指血糖能指导临床用药,缩短等待结果时间,对挽救患者生命有重要意义.

Clinical significance of checking finger-blood glucose quickly for middle-old age coma patients

Objective To compare the accuracies of rapid finger-blood glucose and vien-blood glucose by biochemical measurement for middle-old age coma patients in emergency and their clinical significance.Methods To review 182 coma patients beyond 50 years both pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency.Checking finger-blood glucose and vein-blood glucose by serum glucose oxidase measurement at the same time for all patients,and treating the patients with low blood glucose(<2.8 mmol/L)and high blood glucose(>25mmol/L) at once by the standard of diabetic coma according to the values of rapid finger-blood glucose.Comparing and analysing the values of measurement by both methods.Results There was no significant difference between the values of blood glucose by both methods(P>0.05).The effect of emergency therapy was satisfactory for 49 patients with severe abnormal blood glucose.Conclusion It is very important for middle-old age coma patients to check finger-blood glucose immediately,which may help to guide the application of drugs,shorten the checking time and save the patients life.
