Autoflow技术在心脏术后辅助通气中的应用

摘    要:目的 观察Autoflow技术在心脏术后辅助呼吸中的使用安全性。方法  32例心脏术后患者随机分成两组 ,分别交替实施周期性同步强制式通气 (SIMV)和SIMV +Autoflow通气 ,分时段监测比较血流动力学和气道参数指标。结果 Autoflow组气道吸气峰压、分钟通气量及呼吸频率显著低于SIMV组 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 Autoflow技术在心脏术后辅助通气中的应用是安全的。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the safety of autoflow technique in patients with ventilatory support after cardiac surgery.Methods Thirty-two patients who underwent cardiac surgery CPB were investigated.The patients were randomly assigned to two groups,starting with either SIMV or SIMV+Autoflow mode.The hemodynamic and ventilatory parameters were compared between the two groups to evaluate the safety of Autoflow technique.Results Inspiratory peak pressure,minute volume,respiratory frequencies in SIMV+Autoflow mode were significantly lower than in SIMV mode(P<0.05).Other parameters showed no significant differences between the two modes.Conclusion Autoflow technique in patients with ventilatory support after cardiac surgery is safe.
