Basically, the patriarchal and manor relations, as well as mutual assistance, make the affection relationship between village doctor and villagers much stronger; the pattern of private-relations sequence are not only beneficial to trust building, but also helpful to get entrance of being doctor in the future. Above all, both of them lead to a dilemma that villagers remain trust to their doctor at affection, not skills.
