摘    要:从《医患沟通》课程在医学教育中有着适应高等医学教育发展,培养合格医生的需要;是防范医患矛盾,建立信任合作医患关系的需要;是促进医学生全面发展,培养学生医患沟通意识的需要的作用出发,分析研究了《医患沟通》课程教学的现状及存在的主要问题:理论知识的灌输与课程较强的实践性不相符;教学内容与学生实际相脱节;缺乏临床教师与医学人文教师的配合;进而提出构建多阶段课程教学体系;探索实践教学方法;提升教师素质;“一课多师”形式的专题化教学设想,从而促进《医患沟通》课程的教学发展.

Abstract:In medical education,Doctor-patient Communication plays an important role to improve the doctor -patient relationship,to prevent the doctor-patient contradiction,to cultivate medical students' doctor-patient communication and consciousness and cultivate qualified doctors.Based on university curriculum teaching present situation,this paper find out the main problems existing in the teaching such as theory of knowledge is not consistent with what course strong practicality; the actual teaching content and students disjoint; lack of clinical teachers and medical humanities.Then,it put forward to build a multi-stage teaching system,to explore practical teaching methods,to enhance the quality of teachers and a multi-class division in the form of thematic teaching so as to promote the development of the doctor-patient communication teaching.
