摘    要:门诊高危患者就诊意外有其突发性及不可预测性等特点,为加强其诊疗过程中相关环节的安全管理,通过分析诊疗风险的伦理学原因,建议建立早期预防机制,及时疏导不良因素,加强全程监控,体现一切以病人为中心的人性化医疗理念,从而提高门诊护理质量,预防医疗纠纷,提升医院声誉.

Abstract:Outpatient high-risk patients have characteristics such as suddenness and unpredictability, etc. In order to strengthen the security of related steps in the process of the diagnosis and management, through the analysis of the medical ethics, this paper suggest that set up the mechanism of early prevention, timely guidance adverse factors, strengthen monitoring, embody human all patient-centered medical concept, so as to improve the quality of outpatient care, avoid the occurrence of medical disputes and improve the hospital reputation.
