摘    要:目的通过对新形势下医务人员积极性的相关因素调查,探讨提高医务人员积极性的对策。方法以上海市两家三级专科医院和一家三级综合医院的医务人员为对象,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果在对影响医务人员积极性的各因素重要性评价中,7.49%的被调查者认为"良好安全的工作环境"非常重要,20.6%的护理人员对当前的工作环境非常满意或比较满意;正式职工与非正式职工对薪酬的满意度差别较大;薪酬福利在四个维度中的重要性最高,但满意度最低;医务人员对新医改政策的关注度普遍较高,但对于提高医务人员积极性的作用预期评价不高。结论需要从完善收入分配制度、改善执业环境、创建组织文化、搭建发展平台以及重视医德医风建设等方面来调动医务人员积极性,进而实现公立医院改革的有效深化。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the related influencing factors for medical staff's enthusiasm under the new situation, and to explore the countermeasures to improve the medical staff enthusiasm. Methods:Questionnaire survey was used in top hospitals in Shanghai. Results: In importance evaluation of various influence factors of medical staff enthusiasm, 7.49% of respondents believe that "a good safe working environment is very important," 20.6% of nursing staff on the current work environment very satisfied or satisfied ; Workers and staff of formal and informal employees a greater difference between pay satisfaction ; The importance of good benefits in four dimensions is highest, but the lowest satisfaction; Generally high attention of medical personnel for the new medical reform policies, but to improve the enthusiasm of the medical staff role expectations evaluation is not high. Conclusion : It needs to perfect the income distribution system, improve the practice environment, create the organizational culture, build development platform, and attaches great importance to the construction of medical ethics, etc, to arouse the enthu- siasm of the medical staff, thus realizing the effective deepening of the reform of public hospitals.
