| 摘 要： | 分析了结构、过程、结果三者的相互关系及其与改善医患关系的对策关系,进一步从结构角度、过程角度、结果角度出发提出了改善医患关系的对策。包括：加强医生的经济和法律的独立性;运用现代化方式普及健康教育;实现多样化的沟通模式;提倡医患之间人文关怀的双向性;优化卫生结构等。

| Abstract: | The relationship of structure, process, and result was analyzed in this paper, and its relation with countermeasures for improving the doctor- patient relationship was also discussed. Based on structure -process - result theory, the countermeasures for improving the doctor- patient relationship were proposed, including： strengthening the independence of the doctor＇s economic and legal; using modern means to popularize health education ; using diversification of communication modes ; advocating two - way humanistic care between doctors and patients; optimizing the structure of health care, etc. |
