| 摘 要： | 从护生职业价值观的相关概念出发探讨了职业价值观的概念以及目前护生职业价值观包括的护理专业核心价值和护生的职业选择。并针对目前护生现状提出了职业价值观教育的建议：强调课程设置和教学内容改革：加强教师的引导作用；在行为训练中培养职业价值观；优化考核体系；实施分段式培养计划等。并进一步指出护生价值观教育应从国家、医院、学校等多方面努力。

| Abstract: | This paper started from the relevant concepts of nursing students＇professional values , discussed the core value of nursing profession and nursing students occupational choice , which are included in the nursing students＇professional values .Based on the current status , the author proposed some suggestions： emphasizing on curriculum and teaching content reform , strengthening the guiding role of the teachers;cultivating professional val-ues in practice; improving evaluation system; implementing sectional training plan , etc.In addition, the values education in nursing students should make efforts at national , hospital and school levels . |
