医患沟通障碍原因及对策探析

当前医患沟通不畅的主要表现有：医生事先沟通不充分，平时沟通随意性大，沟通欠具体、深入，事后沟通缺位，患者自身也有一定不足。造成这种现状的原因有：认识有误区，管理教育监督不力，服务责任意识弱化。因此，应该强化宣传教育，提高认识，不断增强医患沟通的自觉性；强化医德医风建设，重构医患诚信，夯实医患沟通的坚实基础；强化管理监督，建立健全制度，确保医患沟通规范、有序、透明；强化学习培训，注重人文技能的积累养成，增强医患沟通的有效性。
