超声波辅助醇提取鸡血藤总黄酮工艺研究

摘    要:目的筛选提取鸡血藤总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交试验对提取工艺进行优化;分别以干浸膏得率和单位浸膏中总黄酮含量为指标,对提取工艺进行评价。结果最佳提取工艺条件为8倍量50%乙醇,超声波功率为100W,提取时间为1.5h,提取温度为80℃。结论该提取方法稳定、可行,为优化鸡血藤总黄酮的最佳提取工艺提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Objective To select the best extracting procedure for total flavonoids from Spatholobus suberectus Dunn. Methods The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extracting procedure for total flavonoids from Spatholobus suberectus Dunn and the extracting procedure was selected with extractum and the extraction yield of total flavonoids. Results The total flavonoids extracting procedure was determined with 8 times of 50% aleohol extracting 1.5 hours and ultrasonic power 100 W at 80 ℃, Conclusion The method is stable and feasible, the total flavonoids from Spatholobus suberectus Dunn can be extracted sufficiently.
