| 摘 要： | 通过分析精神病福利院护理人员与患者沟通的必要性,认为护患沟通是密切观察病情、完善支持系统、改善护患关系的需要.提出增进护患沟通的对策：加强护理伦理教育、提高职业道德素养、采用沟通技巧、创新护理工作模式完善制度约束、开展以患者为中心的事件护理等.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the necessity of nurse-patient communication in mental welfare hospitals, this paper proposed that communication is the need of close observing the illness, improving the supporting system, improving the relationship between nurses and patients. Also put forward some countermeasures for promoting the communication： to strengthen nursing ethics education, improve the professional ethics quality, use communication skills, innovate nursing mode and perfect institutional constraints, conduct patient centered care. |
